Performance in Science (PiS) coaching follows a scientific approach to help you fulfill your goals. Every aspect of our coaching follows data to take all the guessing out of the training process.

Our team of coaches have backgrounds in doctoral and masters level science degrees. With backgrounds rooted in physical therapy, exercise physiology, and athletic training, PiS uses evidence-based research and science to help their athletes succeed. Whether you’re an athlete chronically plagued with injury or have stagnated in your athletic performance, PiS has the tools to get athletes back to what they love best.

PiS is well versed in injury prevention and takes great care in providing athletes individualized training programs and biomechanical analysis to help keep athletes healthy and injury free all season long and for years to come.

Communication is key to a successful coaching and training program. PiS places emphasis on maintaining an open line of communication with our athletes. Our goal is to create a coaching relationship and training plan that will accommodate your time, life, and athletic ability. Our coaches will work to develop your aerobic & anaerobic fitness, strength, and your race-day performance weather you’re looking to complete your first event or make the podium.
