Aaron Geiser

Performance in Science Owner and Founder Aaron Geiser is no stranger to athletics. From competing in baseball as a kid through college to traveling the nation participating in endurance triathlons. Aaron took his passion for sports and turned it into a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach, Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM), USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), and numerous other certifications in areas of personal wellness and training. Aaron has used that knowledge base to transition his training into becoming an elite endurance sport athlete. He now uses that knowledge to coach and guide athletes/triathletes to find their best.
In a never-ending quest for knowledge to maximize performance and gain efficiency, Aaron researches, tests protocols and technologies to maximize training and competition performance.
Aaron is a USA Triathlon All-American as well as a Gold Ironman All World Athlete. He has qualified for USAT Age Group Nationals (United States of America Triathlon Association) and is a World Championships qualifier for Ironman.
Drew Burchett
PT, DPT, AT, ATC, CMTPT, Ironman U Certified Coach
Drew started as a high school and college football and lacrosse player. After school he turned his passion to endurance racing. Drew earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree and has 12 years of practice with athletes of all levels. Drew has been a Certified Triathlon coach from Ironman U for the past two years and is the Co-Founder of Performance In Science. He has numerous certifications through his professional degree in physical therapy and in athletic training to help with the coaching of his athletes. His passion is helping the injured athlete get back to what they want to do. With his background in movement science he is qualified to treat and get injured athletes back on the course. He has done numerous ironman and ironman 70.3 events himself and has run over 25 marathons. His focused knowledge is used to get athletes back on the course and get them to achieve their Personal Best.
Carolyn Crampton
MS, ATC, NASM-CES, NASE-CSS L2, USA Triathlon L1, Endure IQ 101, Level 2 Certified Running Gait Analist
Carolyn is a certified and licensed athletic trainer specializing in injury prevention and sport performance. Carolyn has her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and her Masters of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Her background is in the performing arts having danced pre-professionally and transitioning that expertise into her job as the athletic trainer for the Cincinnati Ballet. Outside her expertise in dance medicine, Carolyn trains and races as an endurance sport athlete. Carolyn is a 2x Ironman finisher and is a top age group finisher in sprint, olympic, and 70.3 triathlon race distances qualifying her for age group nationals, 70.3 worlds, as well as holding an Ironman All World Athlete status. Carolyn also has completed numerous marathons, half marathons as well as road and gravel cycling events. Carolyn’s success in endurance sport drove her into coaching where she holds the USA Triathlon level 1 coaching certification and is a certified running gait analysit.
Her coaching approach is driven from her background and passion for injury prevention and sport performance. Female athletes especially often have demands not met by generic training plans or supported by evidenced based research. Carolyn has expertise in working specifically with female athletes helping them to monitor and utilize their unique physiology to reach their potential throughout their athletic careers. She is the program co-director of the Female Athlete Health & Wellness Program and athletic trainer for the Sportsmetrics ACL injury prevention program which aims to educate, research and train athletes for the prevention of injuries.
